Accepted papers to be published in the American Intellectual Property Law Association Quarterly Journal

Proposal Deadline: May 15, 2021

The 2021 BYU Copyright & Trademark Symposium will comprise a series of virtual presentations on advanced copyright, trademark and related intellectual property topics. The Program Committee is seeking papers on topics related to the theme of Intellectual Property Transformed.

Papers should be between 5,000 and 10,000 words in length. Proposals should include an abstract of no more than 500 words. Accepted proposals will be presented at online paper sessions on August 19, 2021, in which authors will present a draft paper and receive feedback from audience members prior to finalizing the paper for publication.

Initial papers due by August 12, 2021. Final papers are due by October 1, 2021. Following the online paper sessions, accepted papers will be published in a special BYU Copyright & Trademark Symposium Issue of the American Intellectual Property Law Association Quarterly Journal. This journal is housed at the George Washington University Law School and is edited and managed by an Editorial Board of intellectual property experts and a staff of law students.
