Details on the allegations and responses to them can be found in our June 29, 2020, and December 16, 2020, posts.

As a concluding update on this case, on December 18, 2020, the parties filed a Stipulation to Dismiss where they agreed to settle the lawsuit. The details of the agreement have not been made public.
