Obtain Talent Releases
You should obtain a Talent Release from anyone whose name, likeness, or voice will be featured in your performance, including student performers, guest performers, and any other participants featured in the performance.
If you cannot reasonably obtain a Talent Release from every performer or participant featured in your performance, it is recommended that you use a clickwrap, or similar, agreement to collect their consent. Such agreements should require performers and participants to affirmatively assent to your use of their name, likeness, or voice in connection with the performance.
